Shipping of your package

The delivery time of the carrier is an estimate, to this is added the processing time of the order by us (approximately 48 hours after receipt of payment).

To France: 0.95 € to 7.50 € depending on the amount of the order (or the weight, for books and equipment), free delivery from 50 € of purchase

International: 1.10 € to 15 € depending on the amount of the order (or the weight, for books and equipment), free delivery from 100 € of purchase

* In priority letter, the goods travel at the risk and peril of the buyer, there will be no reimbursement in the event of loss or damage during the journey.

** Packages are shipped with insurance and delivered against signature (and with presentation of an identity document at Mondial Relay and Relais Colis points and at post offices).
For the material and the bookstore, only Mondial Relay, Relais Colis and Colissimo are available, the amount of shipping costs is then calculated according to the estimated weight of the goods with packaging.

Mondial relay is available only in some european countries for now, you can visit their website to know if your country is in the list.

Returns and cancellations

In accordance with articles L.121-21 et seq. Of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties with the exception of return costs. The 14-day period runs from the date of receipt of the items.
